About the Role:
Bright Horizon Care LLC is looking for a driven and dynamic Business Development Manager to lead growth efforts for our restoration division in Huntington Beach, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to build meaningful relationships, expand our market presence, and make a real impact in a fast-paced, rewarding industry. Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the restoration industry, including water, fire, and mold remediation sectors
- Build and maintain relationships with insurance adjusters, property managers, real estate professionals, and contractors
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Represent Bright Horizon Care LLC at networking events, trade shows, and industry associations
- Collaborate with operations and project management teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Track leads, pipeline activity, and sales metrics using CRM software
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive opportunities in the restoration space
Requirements:
- 2+ years of business development or sales experience, preferably in restoration, construction, or a related field
- Established network of referral sources such as insurance agents, adjusters, or property managers is a strong plus
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in the field
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
