Bright Horizon Care LLC is looking for a skilled and dependable Restoration Technician to join our growing team in Huntington Beach, CA. Responsibilities:
- Perform water, fire, smoke, and mold damage restoration services for residential and commercial properties
- Conduct initial damage assessments and document findings with photos and written reports
- Set up and monitor drying equipment including air movers, dehumidifiers, and moisture meters
- Perform demolition and debris removal of damaged materials such as drywall, flooring, and insulation
- Apply antimicrobial treatments and perform mold remediation procedures
- Communicate clearly with property owners, adjusters, and project managers throughout the restoration process
- Maintain, clean, and organize equipment, vehicles, and job site areas
Requirements:
- Prior experience in restoration, construction, or a related trade preferred
- IICRC certification (WRT, ASD, or similar) is a plus but not required
- Ability to operate restoration equipment and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call and emergency response shifts
